Exercise 5

For this exercise I used a 50mm prime lens, 100mm and 85mm on my telephoto lens. It was a cludy day a bit dark but the diffused light was nice for the headshots. I chose the 85mm as I read that that is the gold standard focal length for photogrpahy and wanted to experiment with focal length and perspectives.

The first few shots were tests to see where I needed to be for my exposure and ISO. These were shot on the 50mm, at ISO 320, F/ 3.2, 1/60th of a second.

These were overexposed so I dropped my iso and increaced my shutter.

ISO 200, F/ 3.5, 1/100th on the 50mm.

THis one is a little dark so I decided to literlly just tun around away from the building to the park beind us as there was much more amient light bound off the building I was facing not It was on my model.

This was shot at ISO 200, F/ 2.8, 1/100th on the 50mm.

I then moved onto the 100mm lens and stayed in the same spot just switching out the lens.

ISO 250, F/5.6, 1/50th on a 100mm lens.

This one was on the 85mm lens. ISO 250, F/ 5.6, 1/30th.
